JACQUARD'S LOOM: A REVOLUTION IN TEXTILE PRODUCTION

Amongst these pivotal developments, Joseph Marie Jacquard's invention, the Jacquard loom, stands as a beacon of ingenuity. On January 15th, 1920, a horrifying disaster struck Boston's North End. A massive reservoir containing over 2 million gallons of molasses collapsed.
